  • Hank's Cheesecakes has been in business since October of 1987.  We are a small, locally owned business (there really Is a Hank), and our cheesecakes are hand-crafted by a team of talented people whose goal is to provide you "The best cheesecakes created this side of Heaven."
  • Ninety-nine percent of what we produce is made from scratch with the finest ingredients we can buy.  We believe in supporting our community and buy locally whenever possible.
  • The shelf life of our cakes is approximately one week depending on the humidity of your refrigerator—the better the cake is covered the longer it will last. Cakes may be stored frozen for at least 3 months; however, storing in a frost-free freezer requires that the cake be wrapped tightly to prevent it's drying out.  A dried out slice of cake can be revived somewhat by heating slightly in a microwave oven.
  • We can write a greeting (Happy Birthday, Get Well Soon, etc.) on most of our cakes.
  • Our drivers can deliver your own cake or a gift order to any home or office throughout the greater St Louis metropolitan area.  Cost is based on delivery distance & begins at $4.00.
  • We can ship our 7" & 9" cheesecakes throughout the continental US via overnight FedEx.
